ted patterson

President, Gravitas Management

Mr. Ted Patterson serves as President of Gravitas Management, overseeing day-to-day operations and creating, communicating, and implementing the company’s vision, mission, and direction.

Ted graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009 where he earned his B.A. in Government and History. Upon graduation, Ted went on to work for Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles, spending 5 years in the studio’s theatrical marketing and domestic distribution arm. In 2014, he joined Dropbox in San Francisco as part of the outbound sales team, where he helped businesses deploy and leverage the Dropbox Enterprise platform.

After Dropbox, he joined WeWork’s enterprise sales team, supporting Bay Area-based companies’ commercial real estate needs on a global scale. In 2020, Ted moved to Dallas to join RREAF Holdings to oversee the CEO’s portfolio of special projects and to lead Gravitas Management as President.

In his spare time, you can find him exploring Texas with his golden retriever Minnie, trying all the delicious Tex-Mex that Dallas has to offer, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.

Crozier Kimzey

Agent & Vice President, Gravitas Realty

Mrs. Crozier Kimzey serves as Vice President of Gravitas Realty and is a licensed real estate agent. A native Dallasite, Crozier combines her extensive relationships within the community with the additional market knowledge and expertise the Gravitas team provides. Her networking ability, knowledge of the Dallas market and tireless energy enables Crozier to provide the highest level of service for her clients.

Her willingness to take the time to get to know her clients helps her stay at the leading edge of the area’s unique real estate market. Crozier is a graduate of Highland Park High School and the University of Texas in Austin where she earned her B.A. in Fashion Design from the school of Natural Sciences. After graduation, Mrs. Kimzey worked with her sister Kerry at K-Sa-Ra, a couture line, and cofounded C’est La Vie, a private label sportwear line for retailers including Pea in a Pod, Coldwater Creek and various others. Applying her international communication and manufacturing skills she worked at Rimports in international sales and marketing with Fortune 100 clients.

After raising four boys, Crozier never lost her entrepreneurial spirit and founded Pops’ Picante, named in honor of her father. In 2021 Crozier joined Gravitas Realty, a Dallas-based asset management group specializing in residential real estate. Crozier is a licensed agent in Texas. As a wife and a mother of four boys, Crozier carefully balances work with her home life. In her free time, Crozier loves playing pickleball and Mahjong, never says no to any outdoor activity including travel and adventures with her family, friends and her loyal sidekick pit/lab mix Bear.

Sean Maguire​

President, Gravitas Construction

Mr. Sean Maguire serves as President of Gravitas Construction, overseeing all project development across greater Dallas.

Sean takes great pride in delivering outstanding work that showcases luxury, precision, and functional floorplans. Committed to excellence in all facets of construction, he meets the needs of his clients and homeowners.

Sean graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology where he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Jayden.

CATHERINE GRIESSEN​

Agent & Manager, Gravitas Realty

Catherine Griessen serves as Manager of Gravitas Realty and is a licensed real estate agent. Supporting multiple arms of Gravitas, Catherine focuses on real estate transactions and residential home design.

Ms. Griessen was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business, bringing a unique blend of skills to her role. While at Texas A&M, she worked as an assistant to a local Real Estate Agent.

Upon graduation, she moved to Dallas and joined the Gravitas team in 2022. In her free time, Catherine enjoys traveling, being outside, and spending time with friends and family.

Leslie Hoy​

Agent and Director of Business Development, Gravitas Realty

Leslie Hoy joined the Gravitas Realty team in March 2025 as the Director of Business Development and is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. A native Dallasite, Leslie leverages her lifelong connections and extensive network to build relationships and forge new partnerships for Gravitas Realty, a Dallas-based asset management group specializing in residential real estate. In this role, Leslie works with our team to amplify marketing efforts, generate new business leads, and source new projects. Leslie’s interest in public affairs and politics led her to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from The University of Texas at Austin and then begin her career in Washington, DC.

Leslie worked in donor relations, fundraising, and event management for nonprofits in Miami. Returning to Dallas in 2010, she managed and executed signature fundraising events for Scottish Rite for Children, working with community boards across Texas and significantly increasing donations and funds raised via stakeholders and donors throughout Dallas. Her focus on driving for excellence and results and her commitment to providing exceptional client service is a natural transition to the business development role for Gravitas Realty.

Leslie and her husband, Douglas, have three adult children. In her free time, you might catch her walking with friends on the Katy Trail, entertaining family, playing pickleball, engaging in a spontaneous adventure, or in the hunt for the perfect gift.

Lyvia Hall​

Controller, Gravitas Management

Lyvia Hall serves as Controller of Gravitas Management, overseeing the firm’s financial operations and providing strategic guidance to ensure the company’s success in an ever-evolving market. With extensive experience in financial management and a proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, Lyvia plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and innovation. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, mentoring her team, and creating an inclusive work environment that supports long-term success.

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Lyvia earned a tennis scholarship to Dallas Baptist University, where she graduated with degrees in Business Administration and Management. Her career began in financial operations, and she has since held several leadership roles, including managing acquisitions, month-end closings, and intercompany reconciliations for diverse organizations. These experiences have equipped her with the expertise to tackle complex challenges and deliver results.

Outside of her professional life, Lyvia is a proud mother of two children, Elisa (8) and Braden (6). She enjoys balancing her dynamic career with family life, drawing inspiration from her years as a competitive tennis player to stay focused and driven. In her free time, Lyvia loves exploring new places with her family and staying active.
